Ladders + Stick/Back Outs

Equipment: Ladders and Cones Choose whatever footwork you want to do in the ladder. While they are doing the footwork they need to have a ball in the stick and the stick is to the outside of the ladder (outside hand) cradling the ball low in ONE HAND. To make it harder, hold at bottom or stick - to make easier, move hand higher up on stick. Once they complete the ladder, the player brings the stick up into their open hand so it's in a triple threat position. The player attacks the cone that is 5-10yd away and then they split dodge and back out of "pressure" on an angle. Always back out to where your stick is leading/facing.

Player at cone 3 then has to dodge around set dodging poles/dummies/cones to make a pass to cone 1. Have players pick dodges themselves or set specific dodges for them. Focus on quick movement, change of speed and outside hand catches. Depending level, change of stickwork by adding in BTBs, around the worlds, twizzlers.
