Welcome to PrakticePlan

These terms are simple: we provide a platform to help you create and manage sports practice plans. You use it responsibly. We both benefit.

What We Provide

• A web-based platform for creating practice plans and drill libraries
• Tools to organize, search, and share coaching content
• Export features for your practice plans
• Account management and subscription services

What We Expect From You

• Be respectful: Don't upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Keep it real: Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Pay your bills: If you subscribe to Pro features, keep your payment current
• Don't break things: Don't try to hack, spam, or abuse our platform
• Own your content: You're responsible for the drills and plans you create

Your Content

You own the practice plans and drills you create. We just store them for you. You can delete your content anytime. If you share content publicly, other users can copy it to their private libraries (that's the point!).

Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime - no hard feelings
• Refunds are handled case-by-case (just email us)
• If payment fails, we'll give you a few days to fix it before limiting access

Service Availability

We work hard to keep PrakticePlan running smoothly, but we're a small team building an MVP. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We might suspend accounts that violate these terms, but we'll try to work things out first. If we do terminate an account, we'll give reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

PrakticePlan is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages from using our service. This includes lost data, missed practices, or angry players (just kidding on that last one). Use good judgment and always have backup plans.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
