First, you'll need drills in your private library. The fastest way is to browse the community drill library and copy a few drills with one click. You can also create your own drills manually.

Once you have drills saved:

1. Click New Plan from your dashboard
2. Give it a name and start adding your saved drills
3. Drag and drop to reorder and set durations for each drill
4. Click Save when ready

Progress is saved automatically as you work.

There are two ways to copy drills from the community library:

• One-click copy - instantly saves the drill as-is to your library
• Customize before saving - lets you edit the drill details before adding it to your library

You can also create your own drills from scratch by clicking New Drill.

Free accounts can save up to 10 drills and export up to 3 practice plans per week. Pro accounts get unlimited storage and plan exports.

Click the share icon button in the top right of any practice plan card. You can download as:

• PDF - great for printing or emailing
• PNG image - perfect for text messaging or messaging apps

Free accounts can export up to 3 practice plans per week. Pro and Team accounts get unlimited plan exports.

Go to Library → Private and click New Drill. Then:

1. Fill in the drill name, description, age-levels, and any other helpful information to search by
2. Add diagrams using the built-in diagram editor, attach a youtube link, or upload existing media
3. Click Publish to add it to your private library

PrakticePlan includes a built-in diagram editor powered by Excalidraw so you can create professional drill diagrams without any external tools.

To create a diagram:

1. When creating a drill, go to the Media step (Step 3)
2. Click Draw Diagram
3. Choose a template: Full Field, Half Field, or Blank Canvas
4. Use the drawing tools to add players, movement arrows, equipment, and text
5. Click Save Diagram when finished

Tips:

• Use different colors/letters to represent offense vs defense or different player groups
• Add solid arrows to show player movement
• Add dotted arrows to show ball movement
• Double-click on arrows to add text labels or order of events
• Include text directly in the diagram for more clarity
• Diagrams are saved as high-resolution images that look great in drill exports

1. Click your profile menu in the bottom of the left side navigation
2. Select Settings
3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab
4. Choose between Pro Monthly ($7/month) or Pro Season Pass ($5/month billed semiannually)
5. Enter payment details and instantly unlock all Pro features
