4 Corner Box Drill
Set four cones in a large square (~25 yards apart) and four cones inside (~5 yards inside). Place a line of players at each outer cone. Player 1 from Line 2 passes to Player 1 in Line 1, who times a cut to the inner cone, receives the pass, switches hands, and passes to the next cutter. Continue passing and cutting around the box. Emphasize timing, stickwork, and passing on the move.
3v3 Drill
Set three offensive players (Player 1–3) against three defenders (Player 4–6) in the attack zone. Coach starts with a ground ball or pass to offense. Offense works quick passes, sharp cuts, and stick skills to find shooting lanes. Defenders communicate, maintain positioning, and contest shots. Play continues until a goal, save, clear, or whistle. Rotate players frequently to keep everyone involved.
Circle of Death
- Everyone has a ball inside a circle. - Try to knock other people's balls out of their sticks while keeping your ball your stick. - If you drop your ball you are out. **Coaching points:** - Focus on protecting your stick from other people and cradling out of trouble.
X Shuttles
Typical shuttle lines but they are going crisscross/following an X shape instead of staying linear.

100 Pass Drill
Set up two boxes that share one side (change the size of the boxes depending on what you're working on or to challenge your players). 4 "Attackers" inside one box and a line of "defenders" waiting to go in. Can also be team 1 versus team 2 instead of straight defenders or straight attackers. Goal: X should be passing around. For every pass, a new defender comes in until its a 4v3. X should be counting passes. O wants to get a turnover or interception, if and when they do, O carries it to their box to be that 4th attacker on their side and they start passing around. Whole thing repeats until X gets a turnover/interception and then they pick up counting where they left off. Drill finishes when one team hits the # of passes.
